  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working to expand our shipping options.

Delivery

  • Packages are delivered Monday through Friday
  • Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $100
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your package

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your Njigis products! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition
  • Original packaging and labels must be intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team through our contact form
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Package items securely and attach the return label
  5. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or size, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our contact form. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

  • Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Replacement items are shipped immediately upon receipt of your return

Special Circumstances

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.

Weather Delays

During extreme weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed. We'll keep you updated on any shipping delays that may affect your order.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
